It was a bittersweet day as we celebrate Tessa's 1st birthday. Waking up with the news of the Connecticut school shooting and other surprising incident during the day. As much as it hurts, I needed to focus on celebrating the first year that God has given Tessa. What a blessing she has been to us and to others that meets her. She is definitely a people person. Loves to smile and giggle. We do love her when she's feisty too.
We pray that she will know God personally and have love for others. We love you Tessa!

One of our friends commented that she won't even remember this tomorrow. I replied, she doesn't even know what's going on so how can she remember? She will when she's older:)
Happy Birthday Tessa! She is such a beautiful little girl. May she always know and trust in God! I'd wish that she always know she is loved, but I'm pretty sure you have that covered. :)
